Our founders are veteran search executives who saw an opportunity: the largest, brand-name search firms were too big to be bothered with client service; senior leadership searches were slow and hiring managers were missing out on the best talent. We knew we could do far better.
So in 2000, we created a firm that sits right in your sweet spot. We built a team with the scale, industry breadth and cross-functional expertise to take on companies’ senior leadership recruitment needs. Our business model is built on providing a boutique level of service, with hands-on partner involvement in and accountability for fully transparent searches.
