We conduct searches at the Director level and above for Fortune 1000 companies
and the VP level and above for mid-market organizations.

This is an underserved niche in the industry. Traditional executive search firms are
often reluctant to take assignments below the EVP level. Contingency firms lack the
commitment needed to identify and attract senior management candidates with
appropriate backgrounds and skills.

We acknowledge the struggles that corporations have with recruitment at this level.
These candidates are typically the most difficult to locate within a target
organization. And top candidates are already being groomed for internal leadership
positions. Thus they are less motivated to consider a move. For these reasons, senior
management searches require more dedication, tenacity, and diligence.
