Luke De Roeck has over twenty years of executive search and senior level corporate recruiting experience.

Prior to joining Roberts & Ryan, Luke was Vice President of Management Search at a global, publicly held human capital solutions provider. He began his executive search career heading up a boutique retained, executive search practice, where the foundation of the practice was in the CFO/Controller vertical in the mid market sector, with a concentration in the professional services and industrial industries. Luke fine-tuned his experience in the professional services sector, having held the position of Vice President of Executive Recruiting at a publicly held, strategic and systems integration consulting company.
