	Lawrence Ryan Partner Larry Ryan began his executive search career in 1993. Prior to co-founding Roberts & Ryan, he was the Managing Director of a Chicago-based search firm which grew revenues 30 – 50% per year over a seven year period. For Roberts & Ryan, Larry has conducted searches across multiple industries for companies that range in size from mid-market, closely-held organizations to the Fortune 250. With an emphasis on the Industrial & Consumer Products sector, Larry is called upon for a variety of functional searches from Director to C-level. Representative searches include: General Manager, CFO, Group President, SVP Global Human Resources, Corporate and Divisional Controller, Director Sales, Director Leadership Development, VP Research & Development, Director of Compensation/Benefits, Director of Marketing, Chief Accounting Officer, and Director IT. Larry is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Finance. He resides in Chicago’s western suburbs with his wife Christine and three children.
